After that the server lives under 24/7 monitoring. Plans from €79/mo: Mini — 4 hours of work per month, Pro — 10 hours, Max — 25 hours. This is a maintenance service — the server and the databases remain yours. Other database engines — MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB — are covered by our database administration service.

Yes. Full and differential backups plus transaction log backups let us restore the database to the exact minute. Restores are verified on a test database, not on paper.
Most often the database runs in the full recovery model while log backups are not configured — the file grows until the log starts being saved. We set up log backups and the growth stops.
Yes. We read the execution plans, add missing indexes and refresh statistics. Often fixing one query brings the gain, not a bigger server.
We find long transactions and the offending query through monitoring and server logs, then fix the query or the order of operations. Restarting SQL Server is the last resort, not the first.
Yes, MS SQL is a standard DBMS for 1C:Enterprise. We tune memory, tempdb and maintenance jobs for the 1C workload; maintaining 1C itself is our separate 1C administration service.
