Linux Server Administration — from €79/month

Leave Linux to us — audit, setup and 24/7 monitoring while you run your business. Start with the Mini plan from €79/month

Order administration
Linux maintained by our engineers

Linux server administration means our engineers maintain your system: setup and updates for Ubuntu, Debian and CentOS, security hardening and round-the-clock monitoring. We start with an audit, close vulnerabilities and tune the server for its workload, then keep it under ongoing support. You do not need a full-time sysadmin on staff. Plans from €79/month (4 hours of work per month); we work with servers in any infrastructure and any data centre.

Plans

Linux administration. Mini — 4 hours of work per month, Pro — 10 hours, Max — 25 hours; extra work at €19/h.

For a small volume of work choose Mini; for an infrastructure of several machines — Pro with optimisation, backups and priority support. From €79/month. Max — 25 hours of work per month with priority response and regular audits.

1

Security and updates

We close vulnerabilities, apply kernel and package patches, and configure the firewall, SSH and access rights for your needs.

2

Tuning for load

We optimise services, the web stack and databases so the server stays fast and stable as traffic grows.

3

24/7 monitoring

We watch load, disks and services around the clock and react to incidents before your users notice them.

How we administer Linux

1

Server audit

We review the current state: OS and package versions, security, load and bottlenecks, and prepare a work plan.

2

Setup and optimisation

We fix vulnerabilities, update the system, and configure services and performance for your workload.

3

24/7 ongoing support

We keep the server under permanent care: monitoring, updates, backups and incident response.

A one-off Linux server task?

You do not have to be our client. A service went down, packages need updating, permissions need fixing or logs need investigating? Order the 1 hour of work package for €39.50: you pay for one job — we do it.

Send us access to the server — we will look and decide whether the task fits into one hour. If it does not, we will suggest a suitable administration plan. No account is required.

Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Rocky Linux and AlmaLinux: setup, updates, security, load tuning and incident investigation.

Yes, we need SSH access with sudo rights. We set up secure key-based login, and you can revoke the account you issued at any time.

Key-based SSH login without passwords, a firewall with a minimum of open ports, fail2ban, regular security updates and disabling of unused services.

Security packages are applied regularly; kernel updates are scheduled for an agreed window with a reboot. For critical services a standby node is updated first.

We give no formal SLA on a single server. Where high availability is required we build a distributed fault-tolerant cluster across several data centres — that delivers better uptime than a percentage promise on one machine.

Monitoring runs around the clock and critical incidents are handled first. The Max plan includes priority response.

Yes, where the server is hosted does not matter. We work with machines in our infrastructure and with servers at any other hosting company: all we need is access.

The price depends on the volume of work, not the number of servers. Mini — 4 hours of work per month for €79/mo, Pro — 10 hours for €189/mo, Max — 25 hours for €429/mo. Extra work is billed at €19/h.
