2. Subject of Agreement

2.1. The Operator provides hosting services according to the tariffs published on the website, and the Client undertakes to pay for and use them under the terms of this agreement.

3. Order Placement

3.1. Services are ordered by the Client through this website.

3.2. When placing an Order, the Client provides registration information:

• Full name or company name
• Contact email
• Contact telephone number

3.3. The Operator guarantees confidentiality of Client information in accordance with UK legislation.

3.4. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of provided information.

4. Service Activation

4.1. Service activation time depends on the selected tariff and takes up to 24 hours from payment confirmation.

4.2. Services are considered rendered upon providing the Client with server access credentials.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Services shall be paid via electronic payment methods.

5.2. Service tariffs may be modified by the Operator with 30 days' prior notice.

5.3. Custom configurations are priced individually.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. The Client may cancel services within 14 days of payment provided the services haven't been utilized.

6.2. Refunds are processed based on written request:
