Payment methods

Card, Revolut, PayNow or a company invoice — the final amount is always shown before you confirm

What you can pay with

Services are paid by bank card (Visa and Mastercard through Stripe, confirmed with 3-D Secure), through Revolut and PayNow, and companies can pay by bank transfer against an invoice. Payment is made before a service starts, and for VPS and cloud servers a 5-hour trial period comes first: you check the machine, then you pay. The final amount and the currency are shown in the cart before you confirm the payment, so there is nothing to work out afterwards.

1

Card online

Visa and Mastercard through Stripe, confirmed with 3-D Secure. The service is activated as soon as the payment succeeds.

2

Revolut and PayNow

Pay from the app or online bank you already use. A good fit when you would rather not enter card details.

How a payment goes through

Three steps, from the order to a running service.

1

You place the order

Choose the service and the billing term. The cart shows the final amount including the term discount — 10% for 6 months, 18% for a year.

2

You choose a method

Card, Revolut, PayNow or an invoice for a company. The available methods are listed at the payment step.

3

The service starts

After an online payment the service is activated automatically. With an invoice it starts once the funds arrive.

Paying as a company

Paying as a company

Bank transfer is available for companies: we issue an invoice and provide the closing documents once it is paid. Bank details and the contract are sent on request through a ticket in the control panel.

The service starts when the funds reach the account, so with a transfer allow time for the bank payment — usually one to two working days.

Renewals and recurring charges

Renewals and recurring charges

The renewal invoice is generated ahead of the due date and a reminder is sent to the account email. Paying for 6 months lowers the price by 10% and paying for a year by 18%, and the discount applies to every renewal, not only the first period.

If you no longer need a service, simply do not renew it — nothing is charged automatically without your action.

The renewal invoice is issued in advance and a reminder goes to your email. Nothing is debited without your action — if a service is no longer needed, just do not renew it.

VPS and cloud servers have a 5-hour trial period before payment, so you can check the machine on your own load. For dedicated servers we help you choose the configuration before the order.

Check whether 3-D Secure was confirmed and whether your bank blocks international transactions, then try another method. If money left your account but the service did not start, write to support with the invoice number.
